POLYCET 2013 Key, Results and Counseling Updates

Hyderabad: Following are the latest updates on POLYCET 2013. The examination is earlier known as CEEP 2013. The exam is scheduled to held on 2nd May 2013. The authorities have informed that the primary key of the examination will be released on 4th May. After inviting objection to the primary key, the final key will be released. The results of POLYCET 2013 will be released on 17th May 2013. The centralised counseling for the qualified candidates will be conducted from 6th June 2013. Following is the schedule of POLYCET 2013 admissions:

1. POLYCET 2013 Examination: 2nd May

3. Announcement of POLYCET 2013 results: 17th May
4. Counseling Notification: Last week of May
5. Commencement of Counseling: 6th June 2013.

There are 92645 seats in Govt and Private polytechnic colleges in Andhra Pradesh. Another 17 new colleges are going to be started from this academic year (2013-14). Out of these, three are private and 14 are Government colleges. With these the number of seats will go up to 1,03,500. The fee for Polytechnic courses is also likely to be incresed from Rs. 15,500 to Rs. 22000.

DIETCET 2013 Application Last Date Extended till 3rd May

Here is a good news for the candidates like to apply for DIETCET 2013. The last date for the receipt of online applications and fee payment has been extended till 2nd May 2013. The DIETCET 2013 authorities have taken the decision considering the huge response from the students across the state for the examination.

The actual deadline for the receipt of applications has been completed on 26th April 2013. About 4,65,000 applications have been received for the examination. The Supreme Court judgement on the SGT posts has triggered the response from the students.

As per the latest decision, candidates can pay the DIETCET fee till 2nd May. They can apply online for the DIETCET 2013 till 3rd may 2013, the next day after the last date for the payment of fee. The examination is scheduled to held on 31st May 2013.

DIETCET is an entrance examination conducted for admission into D.Ed (Previous TTC) course. The duration of the course is two years. Candidates those qualified in D.Ed / TTC are eligible for Secondary Grade Teachers posts in Primary Schools in Andhra Pradesh.

RS Vidyapeetha Tirupati Admission Notification 2013-14

IIT Ramaiah SAT 2013 Results on 12th May - Key

Hyderabad: The results of IIT Ramaiah Aptitude Test 2013 will be released on 12th May 2013. The examination has been held on 28th April 2013 (9 AM to 12 PM) in Hyderabad. It is estimated that 8672 candidates were appeared for IIT Ramaiah Aptitude Test. The selection of the candidates will be based on merit in the Aptitude test.

Total seats in IIT Ramaiah Academy is 175. Out of these 25 seats each will be reserved for rural background students and poor students. Students from other states also appeared for the examination. The examinatin is known as SAT (Scholastic Aptitude Test).

Key for IIT Ramaiah SAT is not available as the question papers of the exam will not come out.

The organisers have informed that 50 percent of the total candidates appeared for the examination / aptitude test are girls. The institute offer two year coaching for the prestigious examination.

IIT Ramaiah institute is known for intensive coaching and preparation for IIT Advanced examination. The institute has been successful in churning out good ranks in the previous IIT JEE format.

ICET 2013 Hall Tickets Download - Last Ranks for MBA and MCA

The ICET 2013 hall tickets can be downloaded from the website www.icet2013.net . About 1,37,170 candidates were applied for last year ICET. This is the number is slightly increased. It is estimated that about 1,39,423 candidates were applied this time. We shall try to post the previous papers of ICET and last ranks / cut off marks 2012 for MBA and MCA courses in due course of time.

ICET 2013 entrance test is aimed at providing admission into MBA and MCA courses in Government and Private aided and unaided engineering and management colleges in Andhra Pradesh.

There are plenty of colleges and seats in Andhra Pradesh for both MBA and MCA courses. The ICET 2013 entrance examination is scheduled to held on 17th May 2013 (10 AM to 12-30 PM). Kakatiya University, Warangal is conducting ICET 2013 examination.

DIETCET 2013 Hall Tickets Download and Previous Papers

Hyderabad: DIETCET 2013 has received huge response this year. The reasons for the laksh of applications are well known. The SGT teacher posts in the state have been completely reserved for D.Ed. (Diploma in Education) candidates only. B.Ed. candidates are not eligible for these posts. Candidates those applied for DIETCET 2013 can download hall tickets from dietcet.cgg.gov.in . D.Ed course is earlier known as TTC (Teacher Training Course). Hall Tickets can be downloaded from the website from 15th May 2013. The examination will be held on 31st May 2013.

It is estimated that about 4.65 lakhs candidates were applied for the DIETCET 2013. Last year, 3.30 lakhs only applied for the TTC entrance exam. Admission into District Institutes of Education and Training (DIET) college in AP will be through DIETCET 2013 ranks.

There will be a centralised counseling for qualified candidates for admission into DIET colleges. Details of colleges and seats in various districts are available on the website sbtetap.gov.in OR dietcet.cgg.gov.in .

Mahaboobnagar district topped with 46 thousand applications. 36000 candidates were applied from Nalgonda district. POLYCET 2013 Hall Tickets Download

Hyderabad: POLYCET 2013 (previous CEEP) has received good response this time. The candidates those applied for POLYCET 2013 can download hall tickets from https://apceep.nic.in OR www.sbtetap.gov.in .

2,51,400 candidates applied for the Polycet 2013. The entrance examination is aimed at providing admission into polytechnic courses after 10th Class / SSC. There are about 94000 seats in various colleges in the state.

POLYCET 2013 examination will be held on 2nd May 2013. The examination is earlier known as CEEP (Common Entrance Exam for admission into Polytechnics).

This is the largest number of applications the polytechnic received after 2009. Details of polytechnic colleges and available seats in various trades are available on the website www.sbtetap.gov.in .

AP Inter 2nd Year Recounting and Verification of Answer Sheets 2013

Hyderabad: Senior Intermediate students of Andhra Pradesh Board of Intermediate Education (BIEAP) can apply for recounting, photo copies of answer sheets and reverification of answer sheets. The results of 2nd year intermediate have been released on 26th April 2013.

Candidates have to pay Rs.100 for each paper for recounting and Rs. 600 per each subject for answer book re-verification and photocopy of the same. Fee has to be paid through e-seva, AP Online centers.

After paying the fee, candidates have to enter hall ticket number to get the details of results. Candidates can now enter the details of subject he / she wants to apply or recounting or reverification and take a print out of the same.

The print out should be verified by the Principal of the respective college. Last date for applying for the recounting and re-verification is 7th May 2013. The online fee payment and application services will be disconnected after 7th May 2013.

Inter BiPC Top Ranker 2013 Narreddy Anusha

Narredy Anusha is the topper in BiPC group for the year 2013. She secured 989 marks in the Senior Intermediate results released by BIEAP on 26th April 2013. She attributed her success to the planned preparation without facing any stress.

She has secured 434 and 435 marks in the theory parts of first and second year intermediate. She got 120 marks in Intermediate practicals. She belongs to Veerapunayinipalli of Kadapa distict. her father Brahmananda Reddy is a civil contractor and mother Vijaya Lakshmi is a housewife.

Anusha studied from 8th to Intermediate in Bhashyam School and College. She opined that regular revision of important topics has helped her so much in getting good marks. She said that the pursuing medicine is her dream.

Anusha is now preparing for NEET 2013 and Eamcet 2013 medical examinations. She like to pursue her medicine in Andhra Medical College and serve the poor people as Cardiologist.

Inter MPC 2013 Top Ranker Khaja Hasafulla

Khaja Hasafulla of Nizamabad district has secured top rank in MPC group of Intermediate second year results 2013 announced on 26th April. Following are brief details of Khaja Hasafulla. His father is a civil engineer and settled in Nanded. Mother is an housewife. Parents names are Salim Jahan and Khaja Arifulla.
Khaja Hasafulla has studied Intermediate in Kakatiya Junior College. He has completed till 7th Class in Nanded. He continued education from 8th class in Kakatiya College. He had secured 554 marks in 10th class two years back.

He has secured 467 marks in first year Intermediate and 994 marks in senior Inter. He advised the students to stick to the text books and thoroughly prepare all the topics from the prescribed text books.

He studied at least 8 hours each day. He said that advice of his teachers helped him in securing good marks in Intermediate. His aim is to become a good engineer through pursuing Engineering education.

Inter 2nd year Revaluation and Reverification Procedure 2013

The Senior Intermediate Public Examinations (IPE) March 2013 results have been announced on 26th April 2013. The dates are also announced for revaluation, recounting and Advanced Supplementary examinations. Marks memos will be sent to the regional centers of the Intermediate Board by 30th April 2013. Students can apply for revaluation and re-verification by 7th May. Fee has to be paid through online and remaining details are available with the Principal's of the respective colleges.

Girls have secured top ranks in the Senior / Second year intermediate examinations. Pass percentage is recorded as 65.36. This is the highest pass percentage in Senior Intermediate after 1998.

Krishna district has secured top place and Mahaboobnagar stood in the last place in the 2nd year results. 77 percentage candidates passed in Krishna district. The pass percentage is 82 if we take only regular candidates. Mahaboobnagar district has secured least position with a pass percentage of 45.

Prescribed application forms for revaluation and reverification are available with BIEAP website at www.bieap.gov.in . Fee has to be paid online and applications should be processed through the college principals. Last date for applying for revaluation and re-verification is 7th May 2013.

PECET 2013 Hall Tickets Download and Physical Tests Schedule

The entrance examination schedule of PECET 2013 has been released by Acharya Nagarjuna University, Guntur. The admission into B.P.Ed (Bachelor of Physical Education) and UGD P.Ed. (UG Diploma in Physical Education) will be through PECET. Hall tickets for the exam can be downloaded from the website www.appecet.org .

There are 24 colleges in the state which are offering Physical Education courses. About 19636 candidates are appearing for B.P.Ed entrance exam and another 36,952 are appearing for UGDPED exam. Following are details of seats in these colleges:

UGDP.Ed: 900 seats.

APOS 10th Class and Inter Exams, Hall Tickets, Results News 2013

Tenth Class and Intermediate examinations of AP Open School (APOS) will commence from 25th April 2013. The examinations will be continued till 3rd May. The exams will be held in morning and afternoon sessions. These courses are offered in distance mode of education by AP Open School Society (APOSS).

About 1,05, 087 candidates are appearing for AOPS 10th Class exams and 1,18,074 students are writing Intermediate examinations. The examinations in being held in more than 800 centers across the state.

Hall tickets for the examinations can be downloaded from the APOS website www.apopenschool.org. The results of the 10th Class and Intermediate examinations will be released in May / June 2013.

The AP Open School concept is aimed at providing education to the under-privileged sections of students from the villages. Candidates with minimum age requirements can write the exams and get qualification.

IPE Inter 2nd year Results 2013 - Advanced Supplementary Exams, Revaluation News

Hyderabad (AP): Results of Intermediate 2nd Year of Board of Intermediate Education of Andhra Pradesh (BIEAP) will come out on 26th April 2013. The BIEAP has informed on Wednesday that the results will be announced in two days. The board has also indicated that the results may be postponed to the next day if any unexpected technical snags arise at the time of computerization.

Candidates can apply for revaluation and reverification in the prescribe format available on www.bieap.gov.in . Advanced Supplementary examinations of Intermediate will be held from 22nd May to 30th May 2013.

The BIEAP has also announced toppers from MPC, BiPC, MEC, CEC and other groups. BIEAP has come out with a suggestion to the candidates disappointed with the Intermediate results. It has advised the student to avail revaluation and recounting facility, if they failed in any subjects. They can also appear for Advanced Supplementary exams.

The suggestion has come in the light of many students committing suicides after the announcement of Junior Inter results recently. Details of advanced supplementary, revaluation and recounting are available on the website www.bieap.gov.in .

PGEC Notification 2013 for GATE and GPAT Candidates

Osmania University has announced PGEC Admissions Notification 2013-14. Admission into ME / M.Tech / M.Pharm / M.Arch for the GATE / GPAT qualified candidates will be through PGEC counseling only. All the universities and affiliated engineering and pharmacy colleges fill these seats through PGEC 2013.

Interested candidates can apply online only through www.appgecet.org . Registration fee is Rs.500 (Rs.250 for SC and ST candidates). Fee can be paid through AP Online centers or debit / credit cards.

Detailed information regarding eligibility, seats and specializations in various colleges and procedure for online applications is available on the website at www.appgecet.org .

For GATE candidates: Online application submission commences from 1st May and will close on 3rd June 2013. (last date is 10th June with a late fee of Rs.1000)
For GPAT candidates: Online applications will start from 31st May and will be closed on 15th June 2013. (Can apply till 20th June with a late fee of Rs.1000).

APSCHE will release separate notification for counseling schedule. Osmania University has been entrusted with conducting the admissions of PGEC for the academic year 2013-14.

JNAFAU Fine Arts and Design Admissions 2013-14

Jawaharlal Nehru Architecture and Fine Arts University (JNAFAU) is inviting applications from eligible candidates for admission into Bachelor programmes in Arts and Design. Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh: Results of Senior Intermediate will be released on 26th April 2013. The BIEAP will release the results of the IPE Second Inter on the said date. LPCET 2013 Hall Tickets Download

Hyderabad: LPCET 2013 online applications are accepted till 26th April 2013. Fee can be paid through AP Online or E-Seva centers across the state. The Hall tickets for the LPCET 2013 can be downloaded from the website lpcet.cgg.gov.in in the prescribed dates.

LPCET is conducted for admission into Language Pandit Courses in Telugu, Hindi and Urdu. These are called as TPT, HPT and UPT. The colleges are available in many districts of Andhra Pradesh.

There will be a centralised counseling for those qualified in LPCET 2013. Candidates who completes Language Pandit Training Courses are eligible for the recruitment as Language Pandits in Government and Private Primary Schools in AP.

DIETCET 2013 Hall Tickets Download - Exam on 31st May

Hyderabad: Candidates those applied for DIETCET 2013 can download hall tickets / admit cards from the website dietcet.cgg.gov.in . The DIETCET will be held on 31st May 2013 across the state of Andhra Pradesh.

The interested candidates can apply for DIETCET 2013 till 25th April 2013. Cost of application is Rs.200. Fee can be paid in any AP Online Center or E-Seva / Mee-Seva centers.

DIETCET is for admission into one year D.Ed course for the academic year 2013-14. The seats in all Government and Private DIET colleges will be filled through online counseling for the qualified candidates.

Kuppam: Dravida University, Kuppam (Chittoor district) will be conducting it's Post Graduate Entrance Examination (DUPGCET 2013) on 11th May 2013. The university admits students into various post graduate programmes for the academic year 2013-14 through this entrance examination. Three CA and Intermediate coaching institutions in Andhra Pradesh are claiming State First Rank in MEC Group in the Junior Inter results announced on 21st April 2013. Master Minds and Sri Medha have been there for a long time. Tapasya Educational Institutions has joined the league recently. It is claiming that Priyanka Verma, student of the institute has secured first rank in MEC with 491 marks out of 500.

Master Minds has also claimed that M.Padma of the institute has secured 491 marks. It's advertisements are saying that the top 20 ranks also went to the institute.

IPE Inter First Year District Wise Results 2013

Following are the district wise results of Intermediate First year public examinations 2013 in Andhra Pradesh. IPE Inter First Year Advanced Supplementary Exams 2013

The Board of Intermediate Education has announced the schedule of IPE Advanced Supplementary Examinations of Junior Intermediate for the year 2013. The advanced supplementary exams will commence from 22nd May 2013 and will be continued till the June 2013. Following is the detailed schedule:

Outcome Based Learning in JNTU Engineering Colleges from 2013-14

The Technical Universities in Andhra Pradesh are proposed to change the evaluation procedure for Engineering courses. The leading technical universities in the state, Jawaharlal Nehru Technological Universities at Hyderabad, Kakinada and Anantapur are are contemplating to introduce Outcome Based Learning (OBL) in the colleges under their purview.

The syllabus of Engineering courses also will be changed from 2013-14. In this context, the three JNT Universities at Kukatpalli, Kakinada and Anantapur are bringing these changes. These are aimed at changing the concentration of the students from marks to learning.

The new outcome based learning will be implemented starting with the first year students from the academic year 2013-14. The faculty of the Universities and colleges also will be trained as per the new syllabus and method.

EDCET 2013 Last Dates and Corrections to Online Applications

The last date for the receipt applications for EDCET 2013 has been extended. 79244 applications have been received so far for the entrance examination which admits students into B.Ed programme. Candidates can apply online only through the website at www.apedcet.org or www.edcet2013.info .

Candidates can apply for EDCET 2013 till 30th April 2013 with a late fee as prescribed in the notification. You can also do corrections in the online application through the Edcet website.

Intermediate Arts and Languages Books to be Changed from 2014

The Government of Andhra Pradesh is proposed to change the text books for various groups and subjects from the academic year 2013-14 and coming years. The Board of Intermediate Education (BIEAP) has changed Junior Intermediate books in 2012-13 and Senior Intermediate have been changed from 2013-14.

The Board is also contemplating to change the syllabus and text books of Junior Inter Arts / Humanities groups from the academic year 2014-15 and Senior Inter Arts / Humanities books from later year.

The text books of Modern Languages subjects also likely to be changed along with Arts subjects. The languages include Telugu, Hindi, Urdu, Tamil, Marathi, Kannada and Oriya.

According to the guidelines of the BIEAP, the syllabus and text books have to be reviewed after every five year. With the changes in Arts and Languages subject books, the process will be completed.

EFLU Admissions 2013-14 - Previous Question Papers

The English and Foreign Languages University, popular as EFLU has issued admission notification for the academic year 2013-14. The EFLU is offering BA (Honours), MA, B.Ed, M.Ed and Ph.D courses in Hyderabad, Lucknow and Shillong campuses.

Hyderabad: Eenadu newspaper is coming up with Model Eamcet examination 2013. The examination will be held on 21st April 2013 across the state of Andhra Pradesh. Model / Mock Eamcet 2013 will be conducted in Engineering and Medical streams. Candidates should register for the Model Eamcet 2013 on or before 18th April 2013. Candidates who secure top 10 ranks at the state level along with 1st, 2nd and 3rd rankers at the district level will get cash prizes from the sponsors. Hyderabad: The Senior Intermediate results will be announced on 29th April 2013. The evaluation process has already been completed on 17th April. Eamcet 2013 Hall Tickets Download - Results on 2nd June

Candidates those applied for the EAMCET 2013 can download hall tickets / admit cards from the EAMCET website at www.apeamcet.org. Candidates will have to enter their date of birth, registration number and other required data to get the online hall ticket. Both Engineering and medical stream hall tickets can be obtained from the website. You can connect to Eamcet 2013 hall tickets page through the link given below.

About 4 lakhs candidates were applied for the Eamcet 2013 examination. Out of these, around three lakhs candidates were opted for engineering stream and another 1 lakh candidates opted medical stream.

The Eamcet results will be announced on 2nd June 2013. The examination is scheduled to be held on 10th May 2013. The candidates will not be allowed into examination hall even if they come a minute late to the center.

Hence it is advised to reach the Eamcet examination centers at least an half one hour before the commencement of the exam. Candidates opted for City centers will have to take extra care as the traffic issues create problems in reaching the center on time.

BRAOU Second Eligibility Test in July 2013

Hyderabad: Dr. BR Ambedkar Open University (BRAOU), Andhra Pradesh is likely to conduct UG Eligibility Test 2013 once again in the month of July 2013. The BRAOU has held the test on 7th April 2013 which drawn poor response.

The reason cited for the bleak response to the Eligibility test is the newly introduced online application process. The University officials have felt that the number of rural students were not proficient with the online application process and stayed away from the test.

The BA, B.Com, and B.Sc Degrees offered by BRAOU in distance education mode received well by rural students who do not have any formal education. Last year about 65000 candidates appeared for the BRAOU eligibility test.

Only 41000 candidates were appeared for the recently test. The University is likely to release the new notification in the first week of June 2013. For more details, see www.braou.ac.in .

JEE Main 2013 Expected Cut Offs and Marks

JEE Main 2013 Examination has been completed. The online test is in progress. The candidates are eagerly searching for the probable cut off for JEE Advanced examination 2013. The candidates will be short listed for JEE Advanced based on the JEE Main scores and 10+2 marks / grades.

The IITs have announced that 1.5 lakhs candidates will be allowed to appear for IIT Advanced 2013 exam. The JEE Main ranks will be allotted based on the 40 percent weightage for Intermediate and 60 percent weightage for Intermediate / +2 marks.

Seats in NITs will be filled through JEE Main 2013 ranks after aggregating them with Main scores and Inter marks. Candidates who secure 180 and above marks in JEE Main and get top 2 percentiles in Intermediate / 10+2 is likely to get Engineering seat in a good NIT.

DIETCET 2013 Notification and Online Applications from 12th April

Department of School Education, Government of Andhra Pradesh (DSEAP) has issued DIETCET 2013 notification. Admission into D.Ed (Formerly known as TTC course) in Government district institutions of education and training and private elementary teacher training institutions will be through DIETCET only.

Eligibility: Applicants should have qualified in Intermediate with any group. The duration of the course is two years. Those qualified in D.Ed will be eligible for the primary teachers recruitment (DSC) in Andhra Pradesh.

IIIT Hyderabad Admissions into B.Tech Programmes 2013

International Institute of Information Technology (IIIT), Hyderabad is inviting online applications for admission into B.Tech courses for the academic year 2013 through JEE Main - 2013 examination.

1. B.Tech : CSE and ECE (Applicants must have qualified in NTSE and KVPY exam).
2. B.Tech and MS by Research : CSD, ECD, CND and BSD.

JEE Main 2013 Paper 1 Key and Answers

The Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Main) has been held across the country on 7th April 2013. The IITs have changed the pattern of JEE Main exam from this academic year. AP SSC Results 2013 - 10th Class Results March 2013 News

The Board of Secondary Education of Government of Andhra Pradesh will release the SSC / 10th Class results 2013 in the last week of May 2013. The evaluation of answer sheets of the SSC / Tenth Class will be started from 12th April and will be continued till 25th April 2013.

The candidates those appeared for the SSC / 10th Class examinations can check the results from www.bseap.org website . This is the official website of the BSEAP. The results may also available on manabadi.com, eenadupratibha.net, sakshieducation.com etc.

There is no marks system in 10th class. Only grades will be announced by the authorities. The candidates who secure 70 percent and above will be considered as A graders. The Government will announce the changes if any in the grades / marks system.

You can also get the SSC / 10th Class results 2013 through SMS services of mobile networks. The BSNL, Airtel, Reliance, TATA and other companies provide SSC / 10th results through this SMS service.

IIIT Hyderabad B.Tech Admissions 2013 through JEE Main Scores

International Institute of Information Technology (IIIT Hyderabad), Gachibowli has issued B.Tech Admission notification for the academic year 2013-14. Admission will be given through JEE Main 2013 scores. The specialisations offered in B.Tech are CSE and ECE.

IIIT Hyderabad is also offering B.Tech and MS by research in CSE, ECE, Research in Computational Natural Sciences and MS by research in BSE.

Osmania University, Hyderabad has released OUCET 2013 (OU Post Graduate Common Entrance Test) for admission into various PG, PG Diploma, M.Phil, 5 Year Integrated and Ph.D programmes for the academic year 2013-14. Admission into Telangana, Mahatma Gandhi and Palamuru Universities also will be through OUCET 2013.

BRAOU Degree UG Entrance Test on 7th April

Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Open University (BRAOU), Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh has announced that the UG Entrance examination for admission into BA, B.Com and B.Sc Courses will be held on 7th April 2013 across the state of Andhra Pradesh.

The examination will be held in 215 centers in all districts. 41298 candidates were applied for the entrance examination aimed providing admission into UG courses to be offered through distance mode of education.

BRAOU to start Engineering and Pharma Courses in Distance Mode

Hyderabad: First open university in the country, Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Open University is proposed to start Engineering and Pharmaceutical Science Courses in the distance education mode. The University (BRAOU) has informed that the new courses will be launched with the help of existing infrastructure in the reputed colleges.

The Engineering courses will be started with the help of Government Universities. The degree will be awarded by BR Ambedkar Open University, Hyderabad.

The BRAOU is also likely to start distance courses in B.Sc. Pharmaceutical Science, International Masters Degree Program and PG course in Journalism from this academic year (2013-14).

EAMCET Mock Test 2013 by SFI on 14th April

Hyderabad: Student Federation of India (SFI), student wing of Communist Party of India (CPI-M) is conducting model EAMCET 2013 on 14th April 2013 across the state of Andhra Pradesh. Candidates can register at any SFI offices.

Candidates who secure first, second and third ranks in the SFI Model EAMCET 2013 will be given gold medals. Educationist and JEE Guru Chukka Ramaiah will be the supervisor for the Model EAMCET and he will give gold medals to the winners.
